Which means, you are advocating people to believe an illegal statement. I think for legal reasons we all should carefully refrain ourselves from doing something like this!
The law should not and does not make any distinction between peoples living in the same country. Regardless of their identity, everyone must be treated as a respected citizen of the country as far as the rule of law is concerned. So, you can't say that "the army must stay to help Bangladeshi peoples' security.". Again, that is illegal too!
If the state decides to deploy army somewhere, they must not make them (troops) act in favour of any party e.g. Bengali settlers or indigenous people. They must act only on laws. Full stop.
